RR Fitness

Excellence in physical fitness is one of the most important aspects of a healthy, successful Renegade Regiment performing student. This page is intended as a hub of information and activities to help students attain and maintain optimal fitness.

SUMMER RUN CLUB
Stay in shape this summer by participating in the Renegade Regiment Summer Run Club led by Mr. Gomez!

When: 7:00-8:00am. Mon-Fri. June 3-7, June 10-14, & June 17-21
Where: UHS Track (west side of the high school campus)
Why: A fun way to focus on cardio with your team mates.

This activity is purely optional but certainly encouraged. A daily commitment is not required; join us if/when you can. No RSVP required, just show up ready to run!

HYDRATION
As marching musicians, the physical demands on student's bodies are high. This is especially true during the hot and humid months of summer rehearsal and early season. Proper hydration is incredibly important to stay both physically and mentally healthy.
