Adrian Gomez serves as the Assistant Band Director for Union Bands. He has Bachelor and Master of Music Education Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Mr. Gomez is beginning his 12th year of teaching. He grew up in Kingfisher, OK, playing trumpet in the band and returned there to teach band for 3 years. He has also taught as the head director at Fairview, OK, and more recently as an Assistant Director for Enid Public Schools.
He marched and aged out with Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, making him a lifelong fan of drum corps. He also taught for 2 years as the trumpet specialist for the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps.
Mr. Gomez's hobbies include writing drill for various schools throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas and running in half-marathons. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends. He has been married to his wife, Sarah, for 9 years. They have four beautiful children.
