Itinerary

• 4:30pm

  • Load trucks

  • fill water jug at Water Monster outside the bus loop doors

• 4:45pm  Dress into member gear attire

  • winds/percussion wear:

    • Black Union Bands member shirt

    • Red member shorts 

    • athletic shoes + white or black socks

  • guard wear:

    • white tank + black pants

• 5:00pm  Meal Served

  • CATERING by CHICK FIL A

    • Sandwich, Chips, Fruit, Dessert

• 5:45pm  Load Buses

• 6:00pm Depart for Jenks

• 6:45pm  Arrive at Jenks High School

  • Unload trucks

• 7:00pm Move in to stadium bleachers, Observe Pre-Game Activities

  • Juguzzi required

• 7:30pm  KickOff

  • Game-Time procedures:

    • Maintain seating in designated position

    • No gum chewing or eating

    • No concessions purchases allowed

    • Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously

    • Bathroom visits

      • (once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.

      • Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.

• Halftime:  Observe Jenks Trojan Pride performance

• 3rd Quarter  Snack served

• Post-game  Load trucks, Load buses, Snack served

• Approx 11:00pm   Depart Jenks for UHS (pending game time ending)

• Approx 11:30pm  Unload trucks, Dismiss

  • All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 12:00am

    • Parent drivers picking up student riders: please DO NOT BLOCK the UHS Bus Loop, which is reserved for buses and band equipment transport vehicles.

  • Express an attitude of gratitude to Adult Volunteers, Staff, and Section Leaders for all their hard work to ensure a great experience for the students tonight.
