Performing Student Info
Students in an ensemble, please plan to arrive by 6:30 pm, allowing plenty of time to get situated and play a bit before the performance.
Band Room 3 serves as a holding area.
Please do not run or frolic in the hallways during the concert.
The performance order will be posted back stage and in the warm-up area. Make sure that you are keeping an eye on the time so you are ready to go. Most of these performances will not be very long, so please plan on checking in with Mrs. Barnes backstage TWO groups before your turn (the group on stage, the group right before you, and then YOU). This will help make sure things run smoothly.
Remember to dress nice, be early, and conduct yourself professionally in the backstage areas.
