• Jeans or Pants

  • No Sweatpants

• Sneakers

• Warm Outer Layer

  • Regiment Hoodie -OR- Other Union Sweatshirt / Jacket / Hoodie

    • MUST be of the following color code: white, black, gray, or red

      • NOT ALLOWED: yellow, orange, pink, blue, green, purple, brown, beige

STUDENT ITINERARY

• 5:00pm Band Rooms Open. District Meal served for those who pre-requested.

• 6:00pm CALL TIME.

• 6:15pm Team meeting in UPAC with instruments

• 6:30pm Move to Stadium in sections for Pre-game activities

• 7:05pm Kick-Off. Go Union!

• Game-Time procedures

  • Maintain appropriate social distance and masking protocols

  • Maintain seating in designated position (white dots)

  • No gum chewing or eating

  • No concessions purchases allowed

  • Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously

  • Bathroom visits

    • (once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.

    • Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.

    • Must use Aisle F/G

• Post-Game: (approx. 10:00pm) 

  • Alma Mater performed. Closing announcements, dismissal.

  • Exit Bleachers

    • Brasses exit stadium via aisle J/K

    • Woodwinds, Guard & Percussion via aisle K/L

  • Stow equipment

  • Clean band rooms

  • All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 10:30pm

    • Parent drivers picking up student riders: please plan to pick-up at the North drive-up, via the traffic signal at 66th & Mingo.

  • Express an attitude of gratitude to Adult Volunteers and Section Leaders for all their hard work to ensure a great experience for the students tonight.

• Approx 10:30pm-Midnight Private Party at CiCi’s Pizza (Broken Arrow location)
