STUDENT ITINERARY

NOTE: THERE IS NO FULL-TEAM MEAL SERVICE FOR THIS EVENT. To sign up for a district-provided meal, please click here . This meal will be served at approx 4:30pm.

• 4:15pm Band Rooms Open

• 4:45pm  CALL TIME / Truck Loading 

• 5:15pm  Load buses

• 5:45pm  Depart UHS for Owasso

• 6:15pm  Unload trucks, situate into stands

• 7:00pm  Kick-Off: Go Union!

• 3rd Quarter  Snack served (fruit) 

• Post-game  load trucks, load buses

• Approx 11:30pm  Arrive UHS, unload and transfer to Trip Box Truck

Game-Time Procedures

• Maintain appropriate social distance

• Maintain seating in designated positions

• No gum chewing or eating

• No concessions purchases allowed

• Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously

• Bathroom visits

  • (once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.

  • Student may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.

• Post-Game: (approx. 10:00pm) 

  • Alma Mater performed. Closing announcements, dismissal.

  • Exit Bleachers

  • Load Trucks and Buses

  • All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 11:30pm

    • Parent drivers picking up student riders: please plan to pick-up at the North drive-up, via the traffic signal at 66th & Mingo.

  • Express an attitude of gratitude to Adult Volunteers and Section Leaders for all their hard work to ensure a great experience for the students tonight.
