7:15AM Report to UHS
7:30-8:15AM Rehearse
8:15-8:45AM Fold and Move Floor and Props to loading area. Clothes toed shoes. Outside Clothes.
8:45AM-9:20AM Breakfast - provided, Get in uniform
9:25AM Load Bus
9:30AM-10:30AM Depart Union HS
*makeup and hair can be done on bus
10:30AM Arrive at Muskogee HS
12:18PM Perform !
12:45-1:15 Load the Truck (Parent help appreciated!)
1:30-2:00 Change into comfort stadium clothes. Rep the U. School appropriate, comfortable to sit in the stands, closed toe shoes preferred.
2:00-3:00PM Lunch - provided
3:00-5:00PM Watch the competition/other groups (bring $ if you want merchandise or concessions)
5:00-6:00PM Snack - provided, clean/pack things up some, listen for instructions
6:00PM Head to floor/props with Nina and JV Staff and Prop/Floor Parent Volunteers
6:15-6:42PM Wait with floor and follow instructions
6:42PM - Varsity performs. You will help pull the floor (to get on) and help fold it (to get off). Be quick and aware of me and my instructions - we will practice during the week.
6:55-7:10PM Help take equipment and props to the EQ truck (captains to massing)
7:15PM Massing (Awards)
8:00-8:45PM Pack up and Eat Dinner - provided
8:45PM Load the bus
9:00PM Depart Muskogee HS
10:00PM Arrive at UHS
10:00-10:30PM Unload Props and Equipment
10:30PM Dismissed from Union HS
