Pillow/Blanket (single person use only)
Snacks – allowed, but all drinks must be in a sealable/closeable container. For the sake of caution for our friends with allergies, PLEASE DO NOT BRING SNACKS CONTAINING NUTS, PEANUTS OR ITEMS WITH PEANUT BUTTER. Please cleanup after yourself.
DVDs – G, PG, PG-13 ratings only and director approval to watch is required
Electronics – cell phone, charger, iPods, iPads, PSPs, etc. (allowed but you are responsible for any damage/theft)
SUGGESTED: small power strip or “lamp” extension cord for sharing power among all travelers on the bus
Sling Bag: consider packing a change of clothes for Monday morning Nov 22. This bag will remain in the cabin of the bus, not in the luggage bays.
RECOMMEND: small plastic bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant. For use on Monday morning Nov 22 arrival & Saturday morning Nov 27 travel.

Medication: Any and all medication must be indicated on Medical Form. Please give instructions and meds to your chaperone before leaving for NYC.

Everyday clothes for 6 days
Warm enough for walking around NYC – layers encouraged (jeans, tops, sweatshirts, socks, underwear)
Hat, gloves, scarf, extra socks (Each student and chaperone will receive a Macy*s jacket to wear for the week. Layers and accessories are encouraged, but the jacket will be the top layer for safety reasons)
Comfy shoes (2 pair for swapping out to avoid sore feet or if one pair gets wet)
Extra socks (they get stinky, and they get wet)

CALL TIME: 3:15am [Building Open at 2:45am]
Meet with Chaperone outside of Bus Loop Lobby
Multi-day overnight parking: use the UHS northeast bus-loop lot or the north parking lot (teachers lot). Do not park in the south (students) lot.
Monday | Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, ferry to Manhattan, hotel check-in, dinner
Tuesday | Rehearsal, dinner, Broadway show
Wednesday | Central Park concert [ Location: Naumberg Bandshell (map) ], World Trade Center Memorial, Financial district, dinner
Thursday | Parade Day! Early morning rehearsal, parade, nap, evening dinner cruise.
Friday | Check-out of hotel, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Rockettes Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall, dinner, board buses bound to Tulsa
Saturday | Travel home from NYC, late arrival

The Renegade Regiment is the 9th of 10 Marching Bands to perform in the 2021 Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade, followed by the University of Alabama. Union immediately follows the Sinclair Dino balloon, the 22nd balloon appearing in the parade.
