    • 7:30am Band building unlocked

    • 8:00am  Call time for front ensemble & loading crew students

      • Load trucks

      • Guys/Gals Loading Crew Students’ instruments load onto truck

    • 8:45am  Call time for all other students

      • Drumline students load truck

      • Trumpets, Saxes, Bass Clarinets, Mellos, Baritones, Clarinets, Flutes load under/on Buses

  • EVENT: PRELIMS

    • 9:00am Dress Into Uniform

    • 9:30am Start Loading Buses

    • 10:00am Depart Union High School

    • 10:30am  Arrive at Broken Arrow High School

    • 10:45am  Unload Trucks

    • 11:55am Pit Walk to Warmup

    • 12:10pm  Pit Prelims WarmUp (Zone ‘C’)

    • 12:05pm  Winds / Battery / Guard Walk to Prelims WarmUp

SPECTATORS INFORMATION


PARKING

A FREE shuttle will be offered from the Broken Arrow FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH Parking Lot located at 100 W ALBANY ST - Near the intersection of Albany (61st St) and Elm St (161st E Ave).  This FREE shuttle will operate from 1:00pm – event completion (times adjusted from original mail out due to weather).  Additional Parking is available at Vanguard Academy (East of the Stadium) and at the Creekwood Elementary & ECC Schools (West of the Stadium).  Patrons parking in these locations will walk to the stadium.
