• 3:05pm approx: Freshman Shuttle Bus runs from UFA to UHS

  • Bus #40 is the first bus in the loop sequence of buses

  • A second bus (#1510) will be located directly behind Bus #40 in the loop

  • Students may ride either bus

• 3:30pm: Pre-Rehearsal Activities

  • Virtual-Blended learners may enter the Bus Loop doors if getting dropped off for rehearsal today.

  • Student back packs may be placed into instrument lockers (if fit), against the walls in the hallways, or in a cubby spot in one of the entrances into the large band room.

  • Change into rehearsal clothing. UPAC Backstage Dressing rooms will be open.

    • Black Union Bands Member Shirt

    • Red Union Bands Member Shorts

    • Shoes: can be marching shoes + black socks, but not required. Sneakers or Tennis Shoes are fine.

  • Snack served

  • Fill Water Jug

  • Brass students receive specialized bell cover

• 4:00pm: Warm-up in Sections / Families

  • Woodwinds: Track Field North Endzone

  • Brasses: Track Field South Endzone

  • Percussion: Flag Pole

  • Guard: Track Field

• 4:45pm: Team Meeting & Ensemble Rehearsal

  • Location: Track Field

  • Parents and other visitors are welcome to observe this rehearsal.

• 6:00pm: Rehearsal concludes

  • Stow instruments as usual

  • Snack served

  • Brass student return specialized bell cover

• Students will need to depart campus or be picked up by 6:30pm.

  • Pick-up locations:

    • UHS Northeast Parking Lot / Drive (near UCA entrance): BEST PICK-UP LOCATION

    • UHS South Entry: NEXT BEST PICK-UP LOCATION

    • UHS Bus Loop: LEAST FAVORABLE PICK-UP LOCATION.

      • Drivers parked along the red fire lane curb MUST remain in their vehicle at all times.

      • The left lane of the bus loop is for passing and should not be occupied by parked or idled vehicles.
