• 4:30pm  Load buses # 1 & # 2 [ VIEW ROSTER ]

• 4:45pm  Buses # 1 & # 2 depart UHS for Stillwater

  • meal served on bus: Chick Fil A

• 5:00pm approx Load Bus # 3 [ VIEW ROSTER ]

• 5:15 pm  approx Bus # 3 departs UHS for Stillwater

  • meal served on bus: Chick Fil A

• 6:30pm  Buses # 1 & # 2 Arrive, Unload, Move into bleachers.

• 7:00pm  approx Bus # 3 Arrives

• 7:00pm  Kick-Off

• HALFTIME  Snack served

• Approx 10:00pm load trucks, load buses

• Approx 10:15pm  Depart Stillwater for UHS (pending game time ending)

• Approx 12:00am  Arrive UHS, unload truck
