- 9:45pm Team Meeting in BR1 — Luggage should be left outside on bus loop. 
- 10:00pm Load buses - Wind instruments in bus luggage bays. Flute and clarinet cases stored in bus cabin. 
- Suitcase/duffle stored in bus luggage bays. Backpack or smaller bag in bus cabin. 
 
- 10:30pm Depart UHS 
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24
- SWITCH TO EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME 
- 6:45am Breakfast served (Meal location: Golden Corral in Effingham, IL) 
- 7:45am Depart breakfast location 
- 11:30am Arrive Rehearsal Location: GRAND PARK SPORTS COMPLEX in Indianapolis - Unload Trucks 
 
- 12:00pm Rehearsal 
- 2:00pm Rehearsal Concludes - Load Trucks 
- Lunch Served 
- Load buses 
 
- 3:00pm Depart GRAND PARK 
- 3:45pm Arrive LUCAS OIL STADIUM for venue preview - BACKPACKS cannot be brought into the stadium! 
- Students and Full-Time Staff Only 
- WRISTBANDS may be issued at this time. ****DO NOT TAKE OFF WRISTBAND UNTIL AFTER THE TRIP — EXTRAS ARE NOT AVAILABLE — IT IS YOUR TICKET INTO THE STADIUM ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON/EVENING***

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25

- Dress into RR / performance gear - Winds Attire - Black Shorts, Black BigU/RR Shirt, Black Sliders / Tank/ Long Socks 
- Guard Attire - Per Ms. Hubbard 
 
- PACK - Pre-pack clothes into Backpack or Sling Bag - Show Shirt, Jeans, Casual shoes 
- Clothes for overnight bus trip home 
 
- Pack anything else not needed for Saturday or for the trip home into small suitcase / duffle, which will go under the bus at 6:30am 
 
- Dress into RR / performance gear - Winds Attire - Black Shorts, Black BigU/RR Shirt, Black Sliders / Tank/ Long Socks 
- Guard Attire - Per Ms. Hubbard 
 
 
- 6:30am Load Luggage Onto Buses - Then Continue Directly to Breakfast at hotel lobby 
- MEMBERS: do not return to hotel room 
- CHAPERONES: Room checks begin

- 2:15pm Meet at designated mall location and depart to Stadium on foot 
- 2:30pm Arrive at L.O.S. - Adhere to instructions for designated seating section

- Watch Performances & Prelims Awards 
 
- 3:00pm Drum Majors report for Awards in costume

Parents who wish to check their child out must email president@unionbands.com ahead of time. After the student is out of uniform and all responsibilities have been fulfilled, please check the student out with their director and sign them off of the bus roster with their appointed bus captain.
SUnday, OCTOBER 26
- SWITCH TO CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME 
- 8:45am Breakfast stop at Buccee’s (Springfield,MO) - Cash distribution 
 
- 9:30am Depart Breakfast Location 
- 12:15pm approx Arrive at Union High School - Instruments except sousaphones, battery percussion, front ensemble percussion, and audio will be unloaded from buses then stowed in band lockers as usual 
 
- 7:00pm approx Loading Crew and Front Ensemble Members will report back to campus for unloading of trucks. Others are welcome and encouraged to attend and help but not required. 
WHAT TO PACK?
- LUGGAGE - Small suitcase or large duffle. No large bags or suitcases are allowed. 
 
- PERFORMANCE ATTIRE & GEAR - Tank compression shirt 
- Sliders (2 pairs) 
- Marching shoes (if not already on the uniform cart ) 
- Long black socks (2 pairs) 
- BLACK member shorts as cover-up during dressing 
- Big-U/RR shirt as cover-up during dressing 
 
- PERFORMANCE ATTIRE & GEAR - GUARD - Hair supplies 
- Make-up

- Undergarment/body tight

- WHAT ELSE? - Small suitcase or large duffle = your luggage. No large bags or suitcases are allowed. We recommend pre-packing the change of clothes for the Saturday night / Sunday AM overnight bus trip in the bus duffle bag. 
 
- BRING VALUABLES ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK

OVERNIGHT PARKING ON CAMPUS
STUDENTS: If planning to park your vehicle on campus throughout the duration of the trip, please park in the UHS South (student) parking lot, assuming that a Union Parking Permit is affixed.
PARENTS / ADULTS / PART-TIME STAFF: If planning to park your vehicle on campus throughout the duration of the trip, please park in the UHS/UCA parking lot on the northeast corner of the campus [MAP].
