• 3:45pm arrive - unload & set up, tune

• 4:45pm snack served

• 5:00pm dress into costume

• 5:52pm Lot warm-up

• 6:12pm transition

• 6:20pm perform

• 6:30pm begin truck-loading / remain in costume

• 7:00pm awards ceremony

• 7:45pm complete loading

• 8:25pm load buses/depart

• 8:45pm arrive at UHS / unload

• 9:15pm dismiss after unloading
