10:42 a.m. - JV performs prelims
10:49 a.m. - Middle School performs prelims
11:15 a.m. - Varsity reports to Band Room 1 fully dressed and ready
12:31 p.m. - Varsity performs prelims
Finals times TBD
10:45 p.m. - show/massing concludes, everyone on campus help with cleanup

Below is the information again for working the event.  All guard students will sign up for at least one shift during the allotted times:

Middle School and JV will work 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Varsity will work 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until finals
