Top ten reasons to volunteer at this event:

  1. Sign up to work a shift before September 26, and you can purchase an exclusive Volunteer Shirt for just $5.00! It will be the greatest shirt you own and you will wear it for years to come.

  2. Volunteering is fun and you get to meet other band parents and band students (A.K.A. the coolest kids ever)

  3. This event helps keep your student's fees down, so volunteering today helps you tomorrow!  (Senior parents, think of it as giving back).

  4. By working just one shift, you can enter the competition for FREE and see some amazing marching bands perform, including the RENEGADE REGIMENT!

  5. By working more than one shift, we will feed you!

  6. Avoid Saturday traffic on 71st by getting to the school early and staying late to help!

  7. If you need to earn student account credit, you can work in concessions.

  8. If you need to earn student account credit, you can work in the merchandise booth (adults only, must be able to work 2 consecutive shifts)

  9. We are asking so nicely.  Pretty please!

  10. If the other nine reasons haven't convinced you, #10 isn't going to either.

Renegade Review 2022 is coming up on October 8th!

We need you (all of you) to volunteer (it's really a pretty low expectation for each family to commit to one shift for the whole day, so thanks in advance for helping out).

As a reward, we will give you FREE general seating admission that day to use when you are not working AND if you sign up BEFORE 9/29 you can purchase and exclusive VOLUNTEER Shirt for only $5!!

*Where possible UBPC prefers ONE BIG CHECK for your fundraising payments!

We have a General Membership meeting on Thursday, September 22 at 6:00 p.m. We will be talking "All Things Marching Band!" This is a great opportunity to come and learn about what to expect during marching season. There will also be resources available at 8pm (after rehearsal) as well; fundraising, merchandise, UBPC memberships, etc.

DRILLERS OPPORTUNITIES

There are still wonderful fundraising opportunities at OneOk Field this summer for your band account!  There are plenty of Drillers and FC Tulsa games remaining on the schedule this season.  If you volunteer to work at one of the concession stands, you will make money for your Charms account.  The Drillers will pay you $45 PER VOLUNTEER for every game you work.  This is easy money and a great way to raise funds without the pressure of selling something to your friends or family.

Plus if transportation is an issue, we now have the ability to coordinate a bus if enough volunteers need a ride to OneOk Field!  Click the link below for more information:
