OneOk All Call

We need your help, and we will pay you for it!

We are excited to announce fundraising opportunities at OneOk Field with the help of Drillers Baseball and Tulsa FC Soccer, including a full-state of upcoming events .  Union Bands staffs one of the concession stands for every game this summer.  This is a huge opportunity for you to earn money for your student’s Charms account, and it’s a big responsibility for our organization.

There are 14 games in May and 16 games in June, so the earning potential is tremendous. If, for example, a Parent and their Student worked every game, they would earn $2,700 for their Charms account.  Additionally, cash tips are divided at the end of the event, and you can also make extra money by walking the outfield and cleaning up after Fireworks on the nights that OneOk launches a post-event show.

How to get started:

Your student needs:

  • volunteer food handler’s permit, which is free and obtainable online (click here).

  • for students under 18, a minors release form is required (click here)

Parents need:

  • the food handler’s permit, available online for free (click here)

  • to apply for an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor license (application fee of $30).

    • the application process takes minutes, and you will make this money back the first night you work.

    • Apply online (click here)

Our partnership with Drillers Baseball and Tulsa FC Soccer is one of the most lucrative fundraising opportunities that Union Bands gas, so it’s important that we continue to provide a reliable workforce and keep our relationship with OneOk Field healthy for the future.

You will be working alongside other Union Band parents & students and spending time with your student while they earn the funds to pay for competitive marching band fees and the other expenses of the amazing trips our students get to participate in.

Come out and try it, and you’ll see that it’s a simple and fun way to cover your band fees while getting to know your fellow Union Bands people.
