Final Week of the Competitive Season: OBA State Championship

adult volunteers needed for the late shift!!
Top nine reasons to volunteer at this event:
Volunteering is fun and you get to meet other band parents and band students (A.K.A. the coolest kids ever)
This event helps keep your student's fees down, so volunteering today helps you tomorrow! (Senior parents, think of it as giving back).
By working just one shift, you can enter the competition for FREE and see some amazing marching bands perform, including the RENEGADE REGIMENT!
By working more than one shift, we will feed you!
Avoid Saturday traffic on 71st by getting to the school early and staying late to help!
If you need to earn student account credit, you can work in concessions.
If you need to earn student account credit, you can work in the merchandise booth (adults only, must be able to work 2 consecutive shifts)

Our hospitality group needs food donations for Renegade Review. Please signup to being tasty treats to support all of the visiting band directors, bus drivers, judges, announcers, etc. Everyone who helps make this all happen.

•When our resources are available surrounding a meeting, we do business just before and/or just after the meeting, never during the meeting.
•UBPC is requesting payment for ALL previous checked out boxes before checking out any additional boxes. In addition, each student can only check out 1 box on credit.

STUDENT ACCOUNTS ARE DUE
Renegade Regiment fees are currently due. Please log into your student’s CHARMS account to ensure your fees are paid in full by October 15th.
If your student is participating in NBDA or OkMEA auditions those charges have been billed to your CHARMS account. Please make any necessary payments to cover those audition charges.
Transitioning from the now defunct Remind subscription code used for RR Marching Band communication, we are now test-piloting the Talking Points app.
We request that all students download this app and subscribe ASAP in order to avoid missing important information. Parents are also welcome to subscribe.
