BANDS OF AMERICA INDIANAPOLIS SUPER-REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT

WHAT TO PACK? 

  • LUGGAGE

    • Small suitcase or large duffle. No large bags or suitcases are allowed. 

  • PERFORMANCE ATTIRE & GEAR

    • Tank compression shirt

    • Sliders (2 pairs)

    • Marching shoes (if not already on the uniform cart )

    • Long black socks (2 pairs)

    • BLACK member shorts as cover-up during dressing

    • Big-U/RR shirt as cover-up during dressing

  • PERFORMANCE ATTIRE & GEAR - GUARD

    • please see packing list from Ms. Hubbard

  • EVENT ATTENDANCE ATTIRE

    • Show shirt

    • GRAY member hoodie

    • Jeans

    • Comfortable shoes

  • TRAVEL WEAR & GEAR 

    • Travel clothing (suggest: shorts / sweatpants / long or short sleeve t-shirts / etc.)

    • Comfortable shoes / flip-flops / etc. for long bus rides and other down-time 

    • Backpack / duffle / sling bag

    • Jacket / hoodie

    • Pillow & blanket

    • Homework / book

    • Phone / charger / battery pack

    • DVDs (G, PG, PG-13)

    • Snacks (drink bottles must have screw-top lid)

    • Extra $ if desired for souvenirs, etc. (all meals are provided)

    • Personal / portable electronic devices must have headphones / ear buds

  • Personal Care & Wear

    • Deodorant

    • Soap

    • Shampoo & hair care

    • Other cosmetic and/or hygiene items as pertinent

    • Undergarments

    • Sleepwear

    • Medications: please check in with our trip nurse.

  • WHAT ELSE?

    • Small suitcase or large duffle = your luggage. No large bags or suitcases are allowed.  We recommend pre-packing the change of clothes for the Saturday night / Sunday AM overnight bus trip in the bus duffle bag.

  • BRING VALUABLES ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK

  1. Send your payment with your student to be placed in the safe in the band office at school.

  2. Mail your check payments to: Union Band Parent Club, Inc.,  P.O. Box 471915, Tulsa, OK ,  74147-1915 (make checks payable to UBPC and include your student's name in the memo section).


LOOKING for CDL DRIVERS!

Do you have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or are you willing to get one?

Do you love volunteering and helping our wonderful band kids get from Point A to Point B?!

We are looking for a freshman or sophomore parent with a class A CDL willing to shadow roll the next couple of seasons.

Renegade Review is an annual marching band competition hosted by the Renegade Regiment.

This is our 40th annual eventand one of our biggest fundraisers for our band.

Multiple shift times available

We really need people for our Shifts 2 and 3!

Shift 1: 9am-2pm | Shift 2: 1:30pm-6:30pm | Shift 3: 6pm-11pm 

Volunteers are needed for:

  • Spectator experience

  • Concessions

  • Props

  • Water the bands

  • Hospitality 

  • Group Experience 

  • Show flow

  • Merchandise

  • Set-up and Clean-up
